Jens Nguyen

Born in Gotha in 1969, after graduating from high school he did his national service in the East German army (NVA), studied history and social studies and became a teacher. Collaboration on the book ‘Die Uniformen der deutschen Infanterie 1888 bis 1914’. Since 2012 editor of the cavalry re-enactment group ‘Deutscher Kavallerieverband’ (German Cavalry Association) and member of the ‘Offizierverein der deutschen Armeekorps 1914’ (Officers’Association of the German Army Corps 1914). Co-author of the illustrated volumes ‘The German Cavalry from 1871 to 1914’, ‘The German Infantry from 1871 to 1914’, ‘The German Generals from 1871 to 1914’, ‘The German Artillery from 1871 to 1914’ and ‘The German Pioneers, Technical Troops and Train from 1871 to 1914’ and ‘Adjutants and Household Troops’ in this series published by Verlag Militaria.
